RYE HOUSE (HODDESTON) GREYHOUND STADIUM

This site is not an official website for the track shown here and is neither approved or endorsed by the stadium. I am indebted to Richard English for helping to construct this page.

The greyhound track at Rye House was at Hoddesdon was run independently and situated at 0° 0' E 51° 46' N. It opened in 1935 and moved from its first venue in 1957. It continued at its new venue from 1957 as a flapping track, but in 1974 it began to operate under rules until closing on 15th November 2006.
